Booth information
If you would like to reserve a booth, one must pre-register. An application can be downloaded from this page below this text and then emailed to stablesswapmeet@gmail.com If you have already been a vendor and filled out an application, we have it on file. All you need to do is confirm you will be at the next one at least 3 days ahead by sending an email to stablesswapmeet@gmail.com, or just use the comment sheet below.
Vendors we are looking for : Yard sale goods, Garden overflow (avocados, Lemons, breadfruit, lilikoi, etc.), Plants, Crafters, Artists, small local businesses, Farmers produce, Ready made food sellers.
Booth Pricing: All booths $15.00 a booth, Table rental $5.00
Indoor Booths Approx. 8x8 space and very limited, appropriate for artists, small yard sale goods, small businesses.
Stable Booths Approx. 10x10 space only, For those with own table & displays, and larger goods that can't be sold on a table top like a lawnmower or larger alliance. Tables are reserved on a first come first served basis.
There is an access lane now at the back of the stables where you can drive up to drop off then park at the rear. Set up starts at 7:30am and you will have an hour till opening. If your reserved booth is in the back of the Stables, please wait alongside (not in the middle) of the road leading to the back gate. If you have reserved a booth in front, please wait alonside the road from the front gate.
All Vendors must park in the rear field or as far away from the front to make it easier for customer parking.
Tear down is from 12:30-1:15. You must leave with everything that you came with that didn't sell, as well as any trash you generated.
